Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the item hasn’t been shipped.
If an item has already been dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
Returns & Replacements
Replacements are available for products with manufacturing defects or incorrect items delivered.
To initiate a return, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or Transit Damaged.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in original packaging are not eligible for return or refund.
